How it's scoped
Send the PDF and its source file if you still have it — remediation is faster and cleaner from source. Scanned-only documents need OCR first, which we flag before quoting rather than after.
Full-time teams in Chile and India, about nine hours apart. Chile covers your working day; India picks the file up as you sign off, so weekday work does not wait overnight.
