Start with what the page has to make someone do, and what traffic is arriving. We design and build around that single action, wire up tracking so the result is measurable, and test it on real phone widths rather than a desktop browser shrunk down.
Full-time teams in Chile and India, about nine hours apart. Chile covers your working day; India picks the file up as you sign off, so weekday work does not wait overnight.
